A gym cycle, or stationary bike, is a popular fitness machine designed for indoor cycling workouts. It offers adjustable resistance settings to simulate different terrains, helping users build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health.
Create an account through our booking platform, purchase a class package or single session, and reserve your spot and bike online.
Wear fitted athletic clothing and bring cycling shoes with SPD cleats if you have them. Athletic shoes are also welcome. Don’t forget a water bottle and a towel!
Cycling shoes with SPD cleats are recommended for the best ride experience, but regular athletic shoes are acceptable if needed. We also offer shoe rentals for $5.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. New riders should arrive 10 minutes early for a quick bike setup and introduction.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class time. Late cancels or no-shows will incur a $10 fee, and the class credit will not be returned.
Late arrivals will not be admitted to class and will be charged a $5 late fee.
Absolutely! Our classes are open to all levels. Let your instructor know if you’re new so we can help with bike setup and offer extra guidance.
A water bottle, a towel, and plenty of energy! If you forget a water bottle, you can purchase one at the studio for $2. Cycling shoes if you have them, or rent a pair from us for $5.
Riders must be at least 14 years old to participate. Riders under 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver.
Please note that some music played during class may contain explicit lyrics. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out before booking.
If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before participating in class. Always inform your instructor if you are expecting so we can assist with any necessary modifications.
