Cancellations/No Show Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, we ask that you do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. This helps us manage class capacity and ensures everyone has the opportunity to participate.
Keeping Class Spots Available for All
To ensure that everyone has a fair chance to join our classes, we ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other members who are looking forward to attending

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time will incur a cancellation fee.
No-Show Fee
If you miss a class without prior notice, a no-show fee will apply to your account.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible to ensure your spot can be reassigned.
